Outlaw, Fighters, Mages Guild Achievement Furnishings
There are some achievement furnishings that can be unlocked by completing achievements related to outlaw/justice activities, the Fighter’s Guild and the Mages Guild.
- Merchants found in any Outlaw Refuge sell furnishings relating to completing outlaw/justice activities such as pickpocketing
- Hall Stewards selling achievement furnishings can be found in the Fighters Guild locations in many towns and cities
- Mystics selling achievement furnishings can be found in the Mages Guild locations many towns and cities

Outlaw’s Refuge – merchant
An Outlaw’s Refuge can be found in most towns. Look for a 
symbol on your map for the entrance to the Outlaw’s Refuge.
Inside the Outlaw’s Refuge, look for a 
symbol on your map to find the merchant that sells the furnishings.
